Peruvian Japanese at NOBU

NOBU Hong Kong features a stunning yet intimate, harbour view dining room, bar lounge, sushi bar and private dining room for special events. Not only does it have the signature item but has adapted some local favorites.

My list of must order items include the Field Green salad with their signature dressing, Rock-tofu tempura with creamy spicy mayo and It used to be brownie for desserts.

It has an amazing view, and on clear days its the best location to view the laser light show or just stare at the sky scrapers

The ambience is happening and lively. The bar area is one of my favorite locations. P.S. they have an awesome collection of sakes and cocktails are one of the best!

Rock Shrimp Tempura, this also comes in a vegetarian version with tofu

Mushroom toban yaki - the pepper base is amazing and it comes sizzling hot (must try!)

The bento boxes are a good option for lunch. They have some options to choose from too but if you're vegetarian, I would suggest you to go a la carte.

Bento box. The green tea is kind of like that of Haagen Daz but the chocolate fondant is just amazing!

"It used to be brownie". Its basically a deconstructed brownie with caramelized bits, ice cream and (the best I may add) chocolate balloon

If you have one day, and want to experience modern japanese meets Hong Kong harbor view meets excellent service and happening life of Hong Kong, this is the place you would like !

Rating: 10/10

Cost: Highly depends on what you order, it can cost anything between HKD $250(mainly lunch) to $1000+
